• An initial assessment session face to face, by phone or on-line, by messenger service or by web camera
• Twelve hour long coaching sessions as above
• Twelve personalised plans of action

Our Silver Star Service includes:

• An initial assessment session face to face, by phone or on-line by messenger service or by web cam
• Six hour long coaching sessions as above
• Six personalised plans of action
