What happens once I’ve made the decision to go ahead? Once we’ve received notification of your on-line payment we’ll contact you by e-mail within 48 hours to make arrangements for a free initial consultation.  This session will be used to determine what you hope to achieve and come up with mutually agreed plan.

What messenger services does LifeforU2 support? Our system works with most popular messenger services such as MSM and Yahoo, etc. If you aren’t sure that your service is suitable please contact us by e-mail for advice.  We can also offer advice on suitable web cameras.

How many sessions will I need?
This differs from person to person.  Some people have two or three sessions whilst others are happier with six sessions. Other people feel they need the full course of twelve sessions.  This will be discussed with your advisor but the final choice rests with you.

What kind of practical help can you give me?
We can offer you practical help and guidance in sorting out areas of concern in your life. Typically we can work in any or all of the following areas: finance, career, relationships, health, organisation, motivation, self-esteem, confidence building, stress management, assertiveness.  However, we will try to help in almost any area which concerns you.

What’s the personalised plan of action all about? Most people find it difficult to remember and put into practice everything that they’ve covered in the coaching sessions, so we put together a plan of action after each session so that you have a tangible reminder of what you need to do to achieve your goals..
